Responsibilities:

  • Organize project documents for the Digital Solutions team
  • Maintain existing client relationships
  • Onboard new client accounts and set them up with access to online tool
  • Conduct demos, walk-throughs and training as needed
  • Provide support to clients experiencing issues with online tool
  • Help test new features and projects
  • Assist in preparing / formatting project documents


Experience:

  • 2+ years (preferred) proven customer service experience in a high-volume environment
  • Strong phone handling and active listening skills
  • Success in conflict resolution


Qualities of a Successful Candidate:

  • Consistently driven and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Experienced in a technical/application development environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and rapidly adjust to changing projects.
  • Successfully meet required deadlines.
  • Familiar with Windows or Mac.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
