Front Desk staff welcome customers, assign lanes, process payments on our point of sale system, manage reservations, handle customer service calls, and act as the central communication point for our business. Applicants should excel in guest service, multitasking, cashiering, and communication. This role requires standing, moving around the building as necessary, and lifting up to 40 lbs.

We provide on-site and online training. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess some experience in guest service, cashiering, and customer-facing roles.

Front desk staff is allowed to receive gratuity. Our gratuity policy will be explained upon hiring.
