Get your foot in the door with this fantastic employer Our client is hiring NOW for Medical Office Receptionists. This is a temporary contract position with an hourly rate of pay at $19.00 per hour. Office hours are Monday - Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm). Position is on-location and possible perm for the right candidate.

General Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors as they enter the lobby
Assist patients with checking in for their appointment
Answer a multi-line phone system and transfer callers if needed
Prepare paperwork for patient appointments
Data entry into a database computer system
Verify patient information in the database system

General Requirements:

Prior professional office experience
Medical office experience is highly desired
Medical terminology knowledge
Ability to multi-task
Strong customer service skills
HIPAA compliance experience is desired
