This position will work with our customers and internal staff providing product support, installation support as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

 

We are looking for a person with 3+ years of experience in either Product Development, Product support or Customer Service with a technical proficiency. This role consists of working with team members in person as well as customers over the phone & email. We are looking for an energetic, get-it-done professional who aspires to grow personally and professionally.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provide exceptional customer service while responding to phone, e-mail and online requests for technical support

· Represent the customer to ensure serviceability and product quality issues are being tracked, prioritized, resolved and incorporated into the product release cycle

· Communicate technical issues and solutions to the engineering, QA, sales and support teams as well as to the customer base

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· 3+ years experience in either Product Development, Product Support or Customer Service with a technical proficiency

· High school diploma required; technical certifications are a plus

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· AutoCAD experience is preferred

· Basic electrical experience preferred

· Self-motivated, able to work well independently, multitask, meet deadlines

· Strong people skills

· Complete fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

· Mechanically inclined

· Able body – can work on lifts, move and install testing samples

· Career & Goal oriented
