Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Huber Suhner LTD. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and building strong relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Process customer orders and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert support
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive communication and issue resolution
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
