About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing administrative support to our team. As an Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, and you will be responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment. You will also be responsible for managing the office budget and ensuring that all expenses are recorded accurately.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience in accounts payable and receivable
  • Experience in records management and document control

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
  • Maintain accurate records of office expenses and manage the office budget
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, and manage the office calendar
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including bookkeeping, record-keeping, and general office duties
  • Ensure that the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained

Skills:

As an Office Manager, you will use your excellent organizational and time-management skills to ensure that the office runs smoothly. You will also use your strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office QuickBooks and Aspire will be essential for managing the office budget and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, your experience in accounts payable and receivable and records management will be beneficial for this role. Overall, your skills will be crucial in providing administrative support and ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
