Job Summary:
The Front Desk / Office Assistant plays a key role in our operations, providing excellent customer service, managing front desk activities, and supporting various office tasks. This position requires a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    • Greet clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
    • Provide accurate information to customers and resolve their questions effectively.
  • Front Desk Management:
    • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming for clients.
    • Manage the flow of visitors and adhere to security protocols.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
    • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate: $16-$18 per hour, based on experience.
  • Potential for monthly commissions ranging from $500 to $1,000.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
