We are an Equal Opportunity Employer currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative who is self-motivated individual to grow and lead all sales efforts to support our distribution center. Our Sales Representatives are responsible for growing, selling, and promoting products. Independent sales representative have the opportunity to earn great commission plus yearly sales bonus.

This is commission based position only.

Key Responsibilities

1. Approach targeted sales and cold calling sales which driving incremental sales growth. Develop strategies to target potential clients in the designated territory.

2. Keep up to date of our product offerings, competitors, and industry trends. Help clients to articulate product benefits, customer needs, and company sales objectives.

3. Pricing and skillfully negotiate terms to plan finalizing sales agreement that will drive sustainable and increased revenue growth.

4. Meet sales targets through effective strategy implementation.

5. Response with professionalism to clients inquiries and complaints ensuring a high level of customer service.

6. Create sales planning , forecasting, and goals for successful implementation of retail and wholesale marketing programs, promotions, and projects as requested by leadership.

7. Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related industries sale/marketing experience with 6+ years.

2. Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

3. Proven track record of successful sales experience.

4. Self-motivated and result-oriented with focus on achieving sales targets.

5. Packaging and shipping materials knowledge is preferred but not required.

6. Preferred background in B2B and B2C sales.
