We are seeking a driven and experienced Staffing Sales Account Manager to join our growing team and help us build lasting relationships with our clients.

Job Summary: The Staffing Sales Account Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen and the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the staffing industry.
    • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand market presence.
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth.

  2. Client Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Understand clients’ staffing needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
    • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance and address any issues.

  3. Sales and Revenue Generation:

    • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
    • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
    • Negotiate terms and close contracts to secure new business.

  4. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the recruiting team to ensure alignment between client needs and candidate placement.
    • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance brand visibility and client engagement.

  5. Customer Service:

    • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-up.

  6. Reporting and Analysis:

    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
    • Analyze sales data and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing or recruiting industry.
  • Strong understanding of staffing industry trends and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
