Job Title: Account Payable Specialist
Location: North Chicago IL (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months Contract ( with possible extensions)
Job Summary:
- The Account Payable Specialist will monitor and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies across 60+ countries. Responsibilities include managing financial transparency, ensuring compliance with global regulations, and supporting event-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with US and global laws for interactions with HCPs, HCOs, and patients.
- Accurately report Transfer of Value (TOV) activities for HCPs and HCOs.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deadlines.
- Maintain and implement monitoring policies and procedures.
- Keep updated on Sunshine Act and global transparency reporting requirements.
- Address inquiries and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Prepare audit reports and track annual department Purchase Orders.
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Required Experience:
- 2 to 3 years in a relevant role
Key Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and Outlook
- Attention to detail and strong data entry skills
- Knowledge of finance and accounting practices
- Flexibility and ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
