About the Role:

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in driving our company's growth by generating and closing sales. We provide a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for high-performing individuals and also actively engage in door-to-door canvassing to expand our sales opportunities. This hands-on approach enables us to establish meaningful relationships with homeowners and tailor our solutions to their unique roofing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out and develop new leads through various channels, including door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and online marketing.

  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits of our roofing products and services.

  • Site Assessments: Conduct on-site inspections to assess roofing needs and provide accurate quotes.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire sales process.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our experienced roofing crews and support staff to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills:

  • Google Workspace Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in using Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and other Google Browser Workspace applications.

  • Apple Ecosystem Familiarity: Strong understanding of iPad, Mac, and iOS devices and their functionalities.

  • Technical Aptitude: Proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.

  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and find efficient solutions.

  • Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

  • Sales Acumen: Proven sales experience, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
