Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, from concept to delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, design, copywriting, and account management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Task Coordination: Create and maintain project plans, assigning tasks to team members, setting deadlines, and ensuring timely completion of project milestones. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet project goals.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Participate in and facilitate project kickoff meetings, brainstorming sessions, and client briefings. Take comprehensive notes during meetings and disseminate key action items to team members.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on project deliverables to ensure they meet agency and client standards before final submission.
  • Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance department to manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are executed within budgetary constraints.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and refine project management processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Identify opportunities for automation and streamlined workflows.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Communicate risks to stakeholders and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • Proven experience in project management within an advertising agency or similar creative environment.
  • Strong understanding of advertising processes, including creative development, design, copywriting, and production.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA) and Microsoft Office Suite.
