The Administrative Assistant provides support to the Leasing, Homeowners Association, Maintenance, Accounting and Management Teams of Atwood Management, through positive tenant and customer engagement, handling problem resolutions with exceptional hospitality skills, and organizing, tracking, and executing essential administrative tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
- Answer all incoming phone calls, walk-ins, scheduled tours, emails, and chats in a professional and problem-solving manner.
- Send out daily notifications to tenants for showings, inspections, work orders, etc. by 9am daily and as requested throughout the day.
- Provide administrative support to the Leasing Team for the full life cycle of the tenant experience from follow up on leasing leads, schedule showings, input leases, assist with move-in flow, lease renewals, initiate the move-out flow, etc.
- Track, record and administer:
- Lease renewal offers
- Renter’s insurance documents
- Pet agreements
- Tenant violations
- Rental verifications
- Continuously monitor and maintain accuracy of Unit Vacancy Report.
- Provide support to Property Managers for resident retention programs. (i.e., resident functions, special promotions, monthly newsletters, etc.)
- Provide administrative support to the Homeowners Association Team by assisting in preparation and distribution of Association correspondence, notices, and packets.
- Ensure proper response and handling of all leasing and/or property emergencies with staff, residents, buildings, etc. within company guidelines to minimize liabilities (i.e., criminal activity on the property, employee/resident injuries, fires, floods, freezes, etc.)
- Ensure all administrative paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted promptly, files are digitally uploaded, properly named, and maintained.
- Deal with resident concerns and requests on a timely basis to ensure resident satisfaction.
- Consistently implement policies, rules, and regulations of the properties.
- Represent the company in a professional manner.
Starting Salary
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Education & Experience
- Hospitality or Customer Service, preferred
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, AppFolio, etc.)
