Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Media Director to lead our creative team and elevate our media production efforts. Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Photography, Media Production, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in photography and videography, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work in photography and videography.

- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and camera equipment.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.

- A creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual media.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creative Leadership: Guide and inspire the creative team to produce innovative photography and videography content that aligns with client objectives and Portrait One’s brand values.

- Project Management: Oversee all media projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into compelling visuals.

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement media strategies that enhance the company’s brand presence and engage target audiences across various platforms.

- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across all media deliverables. Review and approve all final edits before delivery to clients.

- Team Development: Mentor and train team members, fostering a collaborative and creative environment that encourages professional growth and innovation.

- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

- Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and technologies to keep Potriat One at the forefront of the photography and videography landscape.
