Laser Photonics, based in Orlando, Florida, is a leading brand in industrial-grade laser solutions, specializing in marking, engraving, cleaning, and cutting machines. We offer an extensive range of standard and specialized laser systems, employing advanced technologies.

Responsibilities:

·         Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to assess the financial viability and strategic fit of potential M&A targets.

·         Lead and coordinate due diligence processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate risks and opportunities associated with potential transactions.

·         Monitor and report on the financial performance of acquired entities, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise.

·         Lead the financial aspects of deal execution, including coordination with legal teams, negotiation of financial terms, and preparation of transaction documentation.

·         Collaborate with senior management to develop and recommend transaction structures that align with strategic objectives.

·         Perform detailed valuation analyses to determine fair value and negotiate favorable terms.

·         Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate the impact of M&A transactions on the company’s financial performance.

·         Lead development of the financial planning and forecasting function.

·         Prepare detailed monthly actual to budget variance reports to support practice management.

·         Participate in development and detailed review of operation budgets and performance benchmarks.

·         Manage financial information and matrix published for investors

·         Prepare Financial Report for the VP of Finance for review

·         Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field as required; MBA or CPA preferred.

·         5 years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience; preferably in a capital equipment manufacturing industry.

·         5+ years of relevant experience in M&A, with a proven track record of successful deal execution.

·         Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
