  • Participating in Sales Meetings: You will participate in regular sales meetings to discuss F&I training and issues, ensuring that our sales team is equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in Finance and Insurance: You should have 3-5 years of experience in finance and insurance products, with a strong understanding of menu selling and business management.
  • Business Management Experience: Experience in business management, particularly in the automobile industry, is a plus.
  • Effective Communication Skills: You should have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong Closing Skills: You should have strong closing skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required.
