We are helping one of our esteemed clients with their search for an Administrative Assistant. The main function of the Administrative Assistant role is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. Responsibilities:

  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails
  • Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • 2+ years of experience

Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
