Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Technical Program Management initiatives with global impact, ensuring smooth execution across multiple portfolios and geographies.
    Build trust and drive transformational change across complex, cross-organizational teams.
  • Partner with product delivery team and be responsible to create and maintain detailed project schedules, including task breakdowns, dependencies, and resource allocations for all phases from planning to production readiness and launch.
    Able to help the core teams to unblock challenges, guide program teams, and ensure seamless operation.
  • Tracking and updating individual task progress on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings with required team members.
  • Personally handle administrative tasks such as updating project management tools, preparing status reports, and maintaining project documentation.
  • Ability to switch seamlessly between big-picture thinking and hands-on, detail-oriented task management.
  • Collaborate with leadership, product management, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
  • Identify, clarify, and resolve critical issues and dependencies quickly and effectively, driving them to closure.

  • Communicate results clearly and in actionable form.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience managing programs across multiple business units with diverse requirements.
  • Proven leadership skills in a matrix environment, with the ability to influence across all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to leverage relationships to drive program success.
  • Outstanding communication skills, particularly in presenting to executive-level audiences, with the ability to visually communicate program goals and their alignment with business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across organizations in delivering the best outcome of complex programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex technology programs with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong experience collaborating with engineering teams on complex technology programs using Agile methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of Program Management experience, with at least 5 years leading complex technology-focused programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; experience in platform organizations is a plus.

Nice to have:

  • PMP Certification preferred
