Duties:
Lead and manage Technical Program Management initiatives with global impact, ensuring smooth execution across multiple portfolios and geographies.
Build trust and drive transformational change across complex, cross-organizational teams.
Partner with product delivery team and be responsible to create and maintain detailed project schedules, including task breakdowns, dependencies, and resource allocations for all phases from planning to production readiness and launch.
Able to help the core teams to unblock challenges, guide program teams, and ensure seamless operation.
Tracking and updating individual task progress on a daily and weekly basis.
Organize and facilitate meetings with required team members.
Personally handle administrative tasks such as updating project management tools, preparing status reports, and maintaining project documentation.
Ability to switch seamlessly between big-picture thinking and hands-on, detail-oriented task management.
Collaborate with leadership, product management, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
