Job Description

As a Technical Program Manager III, you will take the lead on high-impact global initiatives, driving transformation across complex portfolios and geographical locations. Your role is essential in collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the seamless execution of multiple programs while establishing trust and enabling change. From overseeing detailed project schedules to coordinating with leadership and technical teams, you will be at the center of operational excellence. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage technical program management initiatives with a global impact across multiple portfolios and geographies.
  • Build trust and drive transformational change across cross-organizational teams.
  • Partner with the product delivery team to create and maintain detailed project schedules.
  • Unblock challenges for core teams, ensuring smooth program operation.
  • Track and update task progress daily and weekly.
  • Facilitate meetings and maintain project management tools, status reports, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with leadership, product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams to meet program goals.
  • Identify and resolve critical issues and dependencies efficiently.
  • Clearly communicate program results and risks to all organizational levels.
  • Influence stakeholders and work collaboratively to drive program success.

Required Experience/Skills

  • 7+ years of Program Management experience, with 5+ years leading complex technology-focused programs.
  • Proven success managing programs across diverse business units.
  • Exceptional leadership and relationship-building skills in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly when presenting to executive-level audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams and use Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to influence outcomes and navigate challenges at all organizational levels.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working with financial technology products or solutions.
  • Experience in a global technology company.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
