What you'll be doing:
· Hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, and client consultation.
· Generating and qualifying sales leads that will lead into high-quality business meetings.
· Communicating the value of NetSuite's cloud ERP solutions to prospective clients and building relationships.
· Consulting with clients to understand their needs and help them implement and configure NetSuite.
· Supporting clients in transitioning to using NetSuite and getting the most value out of the system.
· Utilizing communication tools and techniques to effectively engage with potential customers.
· Developing expertise in NetSuite products and solutions through comprehensive training and support.
· Keep track of market activities and stay up-to-date on the NetSuite ecosystem.
· Represent the organization by attending conferences and industry events.
· Analyse sales data and forecasts to identify opportunities and make informed decisions.
· Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and work closely with the sales team to drive new business.
· Stay up-to-date on the latest NetSuite product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Technical Requirements and Qualification:
· Experience in supporting clients in transitioning to and getting the most value out of NetSuite.
· Ability to consult with clients, understand their needs, and help them implement and configure NetSuite.
· Strong experience working in collaborative, team-based environment.
· Outstanding writing skills and a friendly, thoughtful, and professional communication style.
· Highly motivated, flexible, and eager to learn
· Understanding of NetSuite ERP workflow functionality and processes.
· Strong experience in improving processes and systems to meet business objectives.
· Certified NetSuite Administrator or Consultant preferred.
· A bachelor’s degree in a technical or equivalent.
· The ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, and work independently.
· Written and verbal communication skills.
· Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction.
