RemX has an IMMEDIATE opening for a Sourcing Specialist to join the human resources team of a great company located in Knoxville, TN.

Hours: 8 am- 5 pm Monday-Friday

The Sourcing Specialist position is temporary going into August 2024.

100% onsite

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and onboarding
  • Utilize different channels to find candidates (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Applicant Tracking systems)
  • Engage with candidates over the phone, email or in person
  • Data entry into applicant tracking system
  • Schedule interviews
  • Assist with onboarding process (document management, follow up, initiating background checks and drug screens)

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of recruiting/onboarding process
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment
