Key Responsibilities- Analyze and verify client insurance coverage to ensure accurate reimbursement.
- Enter data into our billing system and update client benefit information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform auditing and resolution-centered activities to identify and resolve insurance errors.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external sources to resolve insurance-related issues.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Extensive knowledge of insurance guidelines, including HMO/PPO, Commercial, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, TN Care's, Medicaid, and Private Pay.
- Advanced use of computer systems, software, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Knowledge of the center's policies and procedures.
- A competitive starting salary of approximately $18.42/hour based on relevant experience and education.
