Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and verify client commercial insurance coverage
  • Enter data accurately in our billing system and update client benefit information
  • Perform auditing and resolution-centered activities to identify insurance errors and recommend solutions
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external sources to resolve claims issues
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Extensive knowledge of insurance guidelines, including HMO/PPO, Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid
  • Advanced computer skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

  • Competitive starting salary of approximately $18.42/hour
  • Monday-Friday schedule, 8am-5pm
