General Job Description:
Assist in managing a wide variety of the organization’s networking and systems infrastructure, including Windows operating systems, cloud computing technologies, firewalls, hyper-converged systems storage area networks (SAN’s), and backup systems
Administer Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy, Print Management, and File Servers
Install and configures physical and virtual operating systems using products such as VMware and PowerShell (Advanced Level)
Monitors system operations on a daily basis by diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and end user issues
Maintain server documentations on hardware and software, patching and monitoring the infrastructure
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a closely related field of study preferred
3-5 years of previous information technology experience required
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
IT Change/Server Management Advanced Level User experience is required
Professional experience as a Level 3 IT Help Desk Administrator/Microsoft applications experience
Prior IT healthcare experience at a corporate Senior Level is required
