Job Summary:
itpstyli LLC, a subsidiary of Concept Machine, provides aftermarket consumables for North American manufacturers that utilize industrial metrology within their quality control department. The Operations & Customer Service Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide and oversee product and technical sales support for inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Respond to customer requests for quote for standard and customized product solutions.
- Provide and oversee the entire order fulfillment process from customer requests including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Execute vendor purchasing.
Experience & Education:
Previous experience in customer service with a technical bend is preferred. Other experience in any or some of the areas described above is required. BS/BA degree in any discipline and/or a strong and relevant work experience is required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- General understanding of business operations and best practices
- Desire to learn and engage in the technical product detail
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, ACT CRM or similar accounting and database applications
- Strong interpersonal skills and outgoing nature to support effective collaboration with others
- Motivated to learn and pursue continuous improvement for the business and personal benefit
- Embrace change and possess the ability to adapt
