What YOU can expect:

Account Specialists provide subscription accounting services for a broad array of print and digital publications on behalf of business, consumer, professional and scientific publishers. Account Specialists may also assist with phone and email interactions as required to meet our Client's brand guidelines and Service level requirements. Candidate expectations include;
  • Professionally represent our Clients through the accurate, timely, well-organized, and efficient processing of inbound mail receipts from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests.
  • Process Client customer payments according to company policies/procedures and ensure that all activities comply with PCI standards.
  • Ensure service quality by maintaining individual performance including, but not limited to: Attendance, Quality/Accuracy and Processing Efficiency.
  • Ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets, and to reconcile and balance account ledgers.
  • Minimum keyboard proficiency of 30 WPM, in addition to proficiency with 10-key calculator.
  • Maintain personal productivity and quality standards that enable a favorable cost of labor so that the company may continue to provide excellent service to our customers and ensure job security and career growth to our staff.
  • Proficiency with standard office technologies, including Microsoft 365, MS Word, Excel, web browsers, email, electronic calendar, instant messaging, information sourcing, etc.
  • Previous account/banking services experience a plus, but not required
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Great penmanship a plus
