SUPPORT SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR

Report directly to the Executive Director (ED).

POSITION SUMMARY:

The National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) is looking for a dedicated and versatile professional to join our team as the Support Services Administrator. This role plays a pivotal part in marketing, logistics and membership engagement aspects of the organization. The successful candidate will have a strong organizational aptitude, excellent communication skills, be a team player and have a passion for contributing to NAREB's mission of promoting sustainable homeownership within Black communities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Executive Director on various assigned tasks as needed.
  • Support the Meeting Coordinator in preparing for NAREB national events.

Membership Communication Management:

  • Oversee the management and distribution of eblasts to members using the Constant Contact platform.
  • Ensure timely distribution of newsletters, emails, and magazines to members.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from members and non-members.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with membership initiatives.

Member Outreach and Engagement:

  • Support the Membership Director and Committee in planning outreach campaigns and member appreciation initiatives.

Member Training and Orientation:

  • Coordinate orientation sessions for new members, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged.
  • Host monthly AssociationSphere training sessions to enhance members' utilization of resources.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, both in and out of state, for events and meetings
  • Commitment to NAREB's mission and values.

Initially, you will have a 6-month probation period without Benefits. Following this, we offer the opportunity to negotiate a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
