Supervisor, Support Administration Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our Service and Support Administration team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all Service and Support Administration activities, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the practice of Service and Support Administration, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement local practice in response to changes in State and Federal expectations of service delivery.
- Manage the authorization of expenditures, ensuring fiscal responsibility and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Deliver technical assistance to Support Administrators, Providers, and Waiver Coordinators on authorization processes.
- Assist Managers in hiring, training, and cultivating professional development of Support Administrators.
- Develop and assign Support Administrator caseload compositions to meet operational needs.
- Develop, maintain, and implement training for Support Administrators and other SSA department staff.
- Evaluate performance of Support Administrators, including annual performance appraisals and ongoing coaching and instruction.
- Consult with Support Administrators and problem-solve issues related to day-to-day operations and crisis situations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Special Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related area.
- Three years of Cuyahoga DD experience or five years of DD experience.
- Some supervisory experience in a related field preferred or substantial professional experience in service coordination.
- Eligibility for State Department of DD SSA Supervisor certification.
- Valid Ohio driver's license and ability to maintain an insurable driving record.
