Administrative Assistant

Schedule: 20 hours / week

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Assist the Manager of the Continuing Education area with daily responsibilities associated with the administration of CE programs for the Consumer Markets Division.
  • Set up Continued Education (CE) programs into Administrator's Portal.
  • Pull RSVP lists from Administrator's portal, 1 & 2 weeks out from event on Friday and ad hoc, as requested.
  • Add webinar meeting link to Administrator's portal for CE webinars.
  • Add CE polling questions to GoToWebinar one week prior to each event.
  • Upload state-required documents for webinars to GoToWebinar.
  • Update the shared file with new presentations and supporting CE documents.
  • Pull attendee lists post-event and send to external sales partner.
  • Manage customer service requests pre-and-post post event and work with Portal Administrator to resolve requests.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years' experience in a similar role. 
  • Familiarity with webinar programs such as Teams, Zoom, and GoToWebinar.
  • Detail oriented, with the ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks.
  • Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft applications like Outlook, Word, and Excel.
