Our company is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk/Receptionist to join our team. You will be responsible for some Accounts Payable Data Entry, assisting with Payroll Function and maintaining a number of different databases.

Responsibilities:

  • A/P invoice entry
  • Assist with payroll functions
  • Reconcile credit card receipts
  • Log in parking tickets and maintain vehicle database
  • Answer phones, take clear and concise messages, maintain Front Desk

Qualifications:

  • Prefer previous experience in Accounts Payable and Payroll
  • Experience with Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel required
  • Knowledge of Sage 100 Contractor a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organization skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Compensation commensurate with experience
