Will Call/ Customer Service Representative
Job description: interact with customers in person in a friendly and outgoing manner to process orders/payment transactions using internal programs, update account info, create/modify monthly autoships and new enrollments, and provide information about products and services. Process email pick-up requests, restock inventory room, and process, and pack orders. NOTE Requires lifting when not at the counter.
Must be fluent in Spanish/English
Must be reliable and punctual.
Willing to commute to Pomona, CA
Must work 2 Saturdays a month from 9:30 am - 3 pm
Mon-Fri 9:30-6:30
