**ABOUT US**:
At Temco Logistics, we're dedicated to delivering an outstanding white glove delivery service - either in person or over the phone. Our CSRs play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the support and assistance they need. We're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment where you can thrive and grow in your career.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries or resolve complex issues.
- Call Center intake of 100 + calls.
- Resolve issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Assist with processing orders, returns, or delivery rescheduling. Escalate as needed.
- Provide and update records information/orders as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish needed)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Must be efficient in handling difficult situations professionally.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be Bilingual.
