Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team
- The role of the Administrative Coordinator is to manage the day to day inner workings of the office.
- You will be responsible for updating and maintaining our dynamic client database as well as our appeal hearing calendar and hearing schedule report.
- You will also assist in the billing and collections of our clients and will assist in other important tasks as they arise.
- You will work in an entrepreneurial environment with a great group of professionals that are highly motivated.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Brand Ambassador
- Maintain the office calendar and hearing schedule report
- Update and maintain the client database and appeal statuses for each client
- Assist in the creation and modification of client reports along with preparing appeal documentation
- Receive, sort and process all daily incoming mail
- Interact with taxing authorities to obtain values and documents required for invoicing of clients
- Form knowledge of the Florida property tax jurisdictions including important deadlines
- Prepare supporting billing documentation to be reviewed and sent to clients by respective client professional
- Assist team members with their projects and answer incoming calls
- Support others at firm sponsored events and while team members are traveling
- Facilitate confidential information request to client and tracking statuses
- Maintain financial software for invoicing purposes
- Organize Firms Client Relationship Management System and other technology software
- Perform other duties as assigned
