As our National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing revenue via our Four Regional Sales Managers through channel partners for our Area of Rescue and Senior Nurse Call solutions. Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, training and education and ensure the achievement of sales objectives. Experience in nurse call, life safety, nd emergency response systems is highly desired. This is an individual contributor role with a focus on personal sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to sell core business integrated solutions for National service and installation projects.
  • Identify and target potential customer opportunities within defined markets, focusing on key verticals such as education, health care, industrial, and commercial sectors.
  • Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and project plans, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company standards.
  • Communicate project requirements effectively to project teams and the wider organization as needed.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, implementing strategies to control costs and timelines.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to update them on project schedules, change proposals, and related activities, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the execution and review of all contractual obligations, including cost control, delivery fulfillment, and quality of service.
    • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales objectives
  • Mentor and support developing colleagues as needed.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to develop effective customer solutions.
  • Excellent teamwork and initiative, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Adaptability to changes and the ability to influence others using clear communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of IT networking principles.
  • A minimum of three years of previous account development, sales, or relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, and/or building automation industries is a plus.
  • Office-based position with field visits and regular work-related travel.
  • Exposure to construction-related hazards and electrical shock may be present.
  • Physical Demands:
  1. Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and use hands for handling objects or controls.
  2. Occasional climbing, stooping, bending, and reaching above shoulders may be required.
  3. Work in confined spaces and exposure to outdoor weather conditions may occur.
  4. Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 25 pounds.
