Requirements:

  • Answer incoming phone calls from existing and new customers and schedule jobs for customers
  • Must have persuasive communication skills, including a pleasant phone demeanor. A Cheerful Outlook is a must every day - YOU are the 1st impression of our company
  • If we are not answering the phone that is ringing, we are picking up the phone and always calling customers - this is the primary job responsibility to serve customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where changes are common.
  • Must be able to LISTEN and resolve customer issues while updating account information in CRM
  • Software Platform experience in Service Titan (Experience is nice, but not required).
  • Handles and resolves a variety of customer concerns, complaints and questions and escalating unresolved issues to appropriate team manager.
  • Promptly update customer & job records in computer software program whenever calls are booked, rescheduled, or cancelled.
  • Continually maintains working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions.
  • Must be able to utilize phone, cell phone, text, email and internet at a high level of expertise.
  • Must be initiative-taking to work independently and multi-task.
  • Works with Marketing Director and Dispatch Department to always maintain full schedules for field technicians
  • Communicates regularly with customers on status of every service call.
  • Arriving at work “on-time” for reliable attendance. As the saying goes - "Early is on time, on time is late and late is unacceptable"
  • Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers in a pleasant, professional manner. We do not participate in Drama, and we work as a Team.
  • Effective organizational and time-management skills. Must be able to prioritize work with service team demands.
  • High School diploma or equivalent with 1 year experience working in customer service
