Position Overview:
The Healthcare Customer Service Specialist will be tasked with responsibilities including patient check-in and check-out, managing incoming phone inquiries, acting as a kiosk greeter, and conducting insurance verifications.

Additionally, this position requires the ability to travel to various locations as necessary to meet clinic staffing requirements.


Candidate Qualifications:
- A minimum of one year of prior experience or training in patient registration or a similar role within a healthcare environment.
- Strong customer service background is highly desirable.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
