Now Hiring for an Accounting Coordinator - Contract to hire Full In Office M-F from 8-5 - Great Company

Responsibilities:

  • Liaison between Corporate AP and Vendor for setup, change, purchase order, invoice coding, & inquiries
  • Track invoices received not in accounts payable system for month end cutoff
  • Submit invoice obtained from vendor for input into accounts payable system
  • Assist with disputes with vendor, as needed
  • Perform certain reporting in Excel
  • Open & route mail, post office runs, postage meter administration, overnight mail services
  • Front desk reception, answer phones, making copies
  • Document Operations meeting notes
  • Make travel arrangements for employee training events, check requests for travel advances
  • Send details to Accounting of all other billable activities & costs

Qualificatioins:

  • High School Diploma or Associates Degree
  • Clerk level accounting skills
  • Intermediate usage of Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communicator
