Job Specification/Qualifications:

The Role The Account Manager position is responsible for developing, expanding and maintaining relationships with existing clients with the goal of client retention and growth. Drive revenue through strategic sales opportunities with an assigned portfolio of insurance clients. Develop targeted sales campaigns and identify market gaps and increase market share for these key insurance clients. Support assigned accounts in the U.S. and Canada by providing guidance and advice on sales, presentation and account management, and bringing together the best resources in both to win key deals and increase profitability

While retaining customers. Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and develop a deep understanding of industry trends and emerging market innovations.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge

- A minimum of 5 years of insurance sales and account management experience.

- Candidates must have a track record of success in selling insurance P&C software solutions in both service and software models.

- Have a passion for their work and be motivated by the success of the entire team.

- You have experience selling to mid to senior level insurance companies.

- You demonstrate and inspire a culture of excellence and accountability with your peers and your team.

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

- Fully proficient in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office

- Consistent, high-performing sales leader who exceeds revenue goals

Duties and responsibilities:

What you will do


-Qualify opportunities within existing accounts. Develop global value propositions, drive global sales, lead negotiations and close profitable deals for assigned region.

- Ideal candidates will help lead our growth in the market and must possess a passion for technical and combined solutions sales to tailor product presentations based on customer needs.

- Apply discipline and rigor in sales forecasting and revenue (and profit) reporting. Plan and submit annual, quarterly and monthly fiscal plans for assigned accounts and updated bi-monthly sales forecasts.

- Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Technology departments, to help refine and promote effective product marketing and sales communication strategies and reinforce the company's brand objectives.

- Manage and prioritize customer product enhancement requests.

- Coordinate with the legal team to finalize contracts in accordance with customer modifications and comments.
