Join our Home Instead Team in the Barrington, Crystal Lake and Surrounding areas.

The Business Development Manager must be self-directed, motivated and believe in the value of working as a team within the market and region. Candidates should have availability Monday-Friday between 7am-6pm. Must also be available for after-hours events as well as weekend events.

Services span the care continuum, from companionship and personal care to specialized Alzheimer's care and hospice support.

We Are Negotiable Based On Credentials, Education And Experience

This role is essential to our company's plan for continued growth and building strong relationships with physicians, employers, payers and case managers. This position is responsible for educating physicians, referral partners and clients about our services, and ultimately generating referrals to increase overall client volume. This position will also be responsible for community outreach programs.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for identifying and developing referral opportunities with existing and new referral partners.
  • Maintains positive relationships with existing clients.
  • Must be self-directed, motivated and believe in the value of working as a team within a market and region.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 Years of Sales Experience or Business Development Experience required.
  • Excellent communications and organizational skills a MUST.
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and Internet functions and applications.
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in Healthcare Sales or Business Development.
