Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis and Planning: Collaborate with our Commercial Manager to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and goals.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including acquiring new projects, products, and customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Quote and Contract Management: Provide accurate and timely quotes, negotiate contracts, and ensure smooth order management from receipt to series production.
  • Complaint Resolution: Assist with complaint processing, considering customer needs and demands, and determine customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze weaknesses in lost orders and continuously improve our sales processes and procedures.
  • Reporting and Communication: Regularly report on sales performance and customer development to our Commercial Manager and contribute to the development of our customer strategy.
Requirements:
  • Education: Completed technical or business studies, with a technical background preferred.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Sales experience in the automotive or supplier industry, good market knowledge in the automotive sector, knowledge of plastic products, business knowledge for creating offers, and fluent English for negotiations.
