Work Schedule: 4-10's  - Monday-Thursday 6:00 am -4:30 pm.
 

The Maintenance Scheduler is responsible for developing, organizing, and dispatching weekly multi-craft maintenance schedules using SAP/CM25. This role involves coordinating with production and maintenance teams to streamline plant reliability, minimize production downtime, and address overdue work.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage maintenance schedules for the upcoming week and forecast for the next two weeks.
  • Ensure main craft work orders are scheduled in RSCH/RTRN user status, maintaining compliance with regulatory PMs and minimizing overdue non-regulatory PMs.
  • Work closely with supervisors, gatekeepers, production specialists, and central service groups to prepare and lock in the weekly maintenance schedule.
  • Facilitate weekly scheduling meetings and dispatch schedules using CM25 or MRS.
  • Lead daily deviation meetings with operations and maintenance teams to review the status of current work and confirm the next day's activities through visual board reviews.
  • Coordinate maintenance work across Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering departments to ensure efficient workflow and minimal impact on plant throughput. Maintain open communication to facilitate resource sharing and efficient scheduling.
  • Adhere to scheduling KPIs per the G-P-ME 450 procedure and collaborate with other business unit schedulers for resource optimization when workload permits.

Requirements:

  • At least three (3) years of experience in maintenance scheduling, including using SAP Plant Maintenance basic transaction codes for backlog reviews and work dispatching with CM25 or MRS.
  • Familiarity with plant equipment such as control systems, pumps, piping, heat exchangers, vessels, instrumentation, scaffolding, insulation, and painting.
  • Experience in maintenance and repair of equipment to effectively schedule and manage daily maintenance activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
