BASF Freeport, Texas Site is seeking a Maintenance Specialist Admin with demonstrated proficiency in interpersonal, organizational, and technical skills to support the XA & SAP Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate provides essential clerical, administrative, and specialty support services to the XA & SAP Maintenance Department so that technical resources can focus on their primary deliverables and maintenance processes can be sustained.

During your shift as a Maintenance Specialist Admin, you will


• Serve as Building Landlord - Handle issues involving Housekeeping/Janitorial service, HVAC System, Plumbing, Fire Alarm System, Building interior & exterior issues, lighting, Water service, pest control.

• Maintain and update department website, Sharepoint and Teams pages.

• Maintain and update personnel roster and email distribution list for department.

• Set up new employees/transfers (computers, telephones, Lotus Notes, SAP, network drives, offices, etc.)

• Compile documents in Microsoft Word, presentations in Microsoft Power point, and spreadsheets with formula & pivot tables / analysis capabilities in Microsoft Excel.

• Create IT Access and IT Purchase Requests.

• Coordinate Event Planning: Including meetings, conference room reservations & setup, refreshments, meals, arrangements for Service Awards, Retirement Parties, Going Away Parties.

• Maintain and purchase Office Supplies.

• Prepare and Review Expense Reports.

• Responsible for Procurement activities and invoice processing (Work Cycle, PR's, PO's, etc), ensuring that high value invoices are paid on time at the correct amount.

• Help troubleshoot/resolve Work Cycles issues.

• Update SAP. Supporting the department with administrative and miscellaneous tasks.

• Equipment Files - Create equipment files for new equipment. Obtain missing information for existing equipment.

• Review personnel timesheets for specialty contractors (especially for TARs).
