An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled professional in the field of maintenance scheduling.
This role involves the crucial task of developing, organizing, and dispatching weekly multi-craft maintenance schedules utilizing SAP/CM25. The Maintenance Planner will engage daily with production and maintenance teams to schedule preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance activities, aiming to enhance plant reliability while minimizing production interruptions and overdue tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize main craft work orders in RSCH/RTRN user status, ensuring adherence to regulatory preventative maintenance schedules and reducing overdue non-regulatory tasks, as well as managing safety and urgent repair work orders.
- Prepare the maintenance schedule for the upcoming week while forecasting for the following two weeks in collaboration with supervisors and production specialists.
- Facilitate weekly scheduling meetings with operations, maintenance, and central service teams to finalize the schedule for the next week.
- Publish the upcoming week's schedule through a visual board for clear communication.
- Dispatch the following week's schedule using CM25 and/or MRS systems.
- Lead daily deviation meetings with operations and maintenance to assess the status of current work and confirm activities for the next day through visual board reviews.
- Coordinate maintenance activities across Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering departments to ensure efficient scheduling of all maintenance tasks, fostering open communication to enhance workflow and minimize impact on plant productivity.
- Accountable for achieving scheduling KPIs as per established procedures and collaborating with other business unit schedulers to optimize resource sharing when workload allows.
