Who We're Seeking

We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our company. Why is that awesome? Well, for one, our Account Managers are top-notch team members who serve as our clients’ voice in our office. And secondly... Our clients are pretty awesome to work with 


Our AMs manage anywhere from 2-10 projects at a time in their book of business. They play a key role in helping our clients set goals, build roadmaps, and continuously improve their marketing, sales, and operations KPIs. They coach, train, and guide their clients to the finish line while ensuring our team provides an unrivaled experience.


As advocates for our clients, they not only ensure the quality of our services but also spot opportunities for cross-selling and client retention. At the end of the day, this position is about helping a handful of amazing clients experience success in their marketing and sales that they never would have achieved without the help of our AMs.


The person who fills this role well is a detail-oriented person who loves to work toward individual goals every month with multiple clients. This is someone who exudes leadership and is an advocate for the client’s best interests. They love numbers, reports, and metrics. They love to see their clients (and their team) win, and they love to celebrate each and every milestone.



The Responsibilities For This Role: 

  • GOAL SETTING & CLARITY: Defining objectives/goals for all clients, gaining alignment and clarity in both long-term and short-term goals.
  • STRATEGY: Working with strategists to develop and execute a comprehensive Growth Plan for each client, focusing on identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • REPORTING: Maintaining a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cadence of reporting on specific KPIs around client Growth Plans using HubSpot reports.
  • RELATIONSHIP: Overseeing client relationships and communications, facilitating meetings, setting agendas, and assigning projects/tasks to the Web Canopy Studio team as needed.
  • DELIVERABLE QA: Ensuring all work sent to the client meets the client’s standards before sending.

  • Versatility - Ability to adapt and move quickly in your day from one area of focus to another, such as strategy, implementation, management, design, development, SEO and all relevant areas for client success
  • Sales-Oriented Strategy - Possesses a strong sales mindset, adept at creatively identifying and nurturing upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Skilled in analyzing client needs, proposing valuable solutions, and turning challenges into sales opportunities.
  • Communication - strong written and verbal skills, can clearly state objectives and goals with no hesitation
  • Project Management - organized and able to maintain a clean project with transparency on goals, tasks, and timelines


*Ideally our perfect fit candidates have HubSpot experience inside multiple Hubs and are very comfortable working inside this platform, as well as Salesforce, Pardot, and Marketo.

  • Base Salary: $50k-$65k
  • On Target Earnings (OTE): $75k-$90k (commission added for cross-sell and retention)
