Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing and enhancing compensation and benefits programs.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure effective administration of benefits.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to help maintain competitive offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
