Quality Assurance Specialist

Hermitage Infotech LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to define, develop, and implement quality assurance practices and procedures. The ideal candidate will create effective manual and automated test plans using various toolsets. Key responsibilities include developing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports on multiple projects of varying sizes. The specialist will also perform testing on various software and reporting systems, documenting quality assurance policies and procedures. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement quality assurance practices and procedures

* Create effective manual and automated test plans using various toolsets

* Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports on multiple projects

* Perform testing on various software and reporting systems

* Document quality assurance policies and procedures

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance best practices are implemented

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, or a related field

* Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
