Now is your chance to join a fun and winning team in one of our key positions as an Entry Level Business Development Specialist Successful team members can typically earn $30+/Hour ($20 base/hour + bonus)

What you’ll be doing:

· Visiting neighborhoods, knock on doors and have a brief conversation with homeowners.

· Promote the RIHI brand in an engaging and enthusiastic way.

· Set an appointment with homeowners for an in-home visit by a RIHI Sales Consultant.

· Use a mobile phone or tablet to enter and track homeowner leads.

· Keeping accurate, detailed, and ongoing records.

Personal Qualities:

· Positive, engaging, and outgoing personality…no wall flowers.

· Resilient, enthusiastic, and high energy

· Disciplined and organized.

· Adaptable and a desire for ongoing learning/training.

· Previous experience in a customer facing role preferred.
