We are currently hiring for the following position:
Client Service Specialist ($15.50+ per hour)
A variety of shifts are available from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm; full-time and part-time positions available. Weekend availability is a MUST
Our Client Services Specialists are the "face" of our organization to our clients -- responsibilities include:
- Taking reservations for and providing information about resort stays and other services
- Giving professional, interesting tours of our facility
- Up selling additional products and services to enrich the pets' stay (play times, etc.)
- Maintaining accurate client records and performing administrative tasks
- Communicating in person, by phone and via e-mail with our clients about their pet resort needs
- Occasionally assisting with animal care and supervision, as needed
- Other duties not specified above, as required by management
Additional Requirements:
Candidates for ALL positions must:
- have a love of, enthusiasm for, and comfort around animals of all species and breeds
- possess excellent self-motivation skills
- be calm and poised during stressful moments
- be capable of working at a rapid pace, with appropriate care and accuracy
- demonstrate a high degree of urgency
- be safety-conscious
- have a neat appearance
- possess great communication skills
- have an upbeat personality that is very engaging
