This is a service position, meaning you are always serving a customer. Position duties include making decisions that result in successful transactions for both the business and the customers. Each transaction is an opportunity to positively spread our reputation and completely satisfy the client. We work hard to keep our reputation as the leading shop in our industry.

Role qualifications:

Willingness to make decisions, make them in a timely manner and exhibit sound and accurate judgment.

Maintain a satisfactory driving record and have the ability to drive any passenger car or suv.

Be able to lift 50+ lbs.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Represent our brand with respect and integrity .
Answer incoming phone calls as quickly and enthusiastically as possible.
Input correct customer data.

Generate reviews.
Accurately schedule customers.
Monitor all shop work through completion and delivery to customer.
Communicate effectively the importance of maintenance and provide technicians advised recommendations.
Thoroughly estimate repairs with technicians
Breakdown complex repairs into simple processes explained to customer.
Order parts & inventory
Process part / core returns
Accurately follow through with insurance, aftermarket warranty repairs.
Monitor in house warranty repairs.
Review and file all repair orders.
Minor janitorial duties such as cleaning floor, trash disposal, cleaning showroom displays.

Essential skills, experience and other requirements:

Excellent time management: ability to organize and manage tasks at various stages of completion.Experience in automotive industry required.
Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrate commitment to assisting team members to succeed as a whole.
Basic computer/typing proficiency
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Basic math skills
Experience with flat rate labor practices a plus.

We work primarily with European vehicles, so knowledge of those brands would be a plus although not required.
